Evelyn Wheeler, RYT, RMT Owner
Most of my specialty training has taken place at the Rama Lotus Yoga Center here in Ottawa. To teach Yoga, I believe one must always remain a student first and a teacher second.
If the mind stops questioning and yearning to discover ... what is there left to teach?
My passion for teaching is rooted in the wonder of yoga's ability to
heal, nourish and inform our lives. My teaching style focuses on compassion, self awareness, safety in postures, having fun and in
creating a nurturing space where each unique being can explore their individual, personal connection to Body-Mind-Soul. I am passionate
about life and being able to assist people in finding balance in their lives. I invite you to begin your personal journey to a more Open
Conscious, Enlightened Life at Samadhi Wellness!

Kristin Peterson, BSc, CBP, CAHP, RMT
Kristin Peterson is a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, a Certified Acupuncturist, a Registered Massage Therapist, and has a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine.
Kristin completed her Bachelor of Science while on a volleyball scholarship to Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA. Once she returned home to Saskatchewan, she worked as a physiotherapy assistant for a year while she began taking courses to learn the BodyTalk System. After a year as a PTA, she decided to add massage therapy and acupuncture to her resume and moved to Toronto for schooling. Following completion, she moved to Ottawa to begin her professional career.
BodyTalk is a consciousness-based healthcare system that balances accumulated stress and resulting disease within the bodymind. It is non-invasive and can be used as a stand-alone system or can be integrated with any other healthcare choices. By re-synchronizing the body's energy systems and reconnecting the lines of communication, the body's internal mechanisms are able to operate optimally as nature intended. By facilitating this optimal communication, it allows the body to repair and prevent disease while rapidly accelerating the healing process. BodyTalk can resolve health challenges, whether they be physical, mental or emotional.
Kristin is still very intrigued with this amazing system and continues taking courses to expand her range of knowledge to provide more in depth sessions for her clients.
Kristin is very passionate about assisting clients on their journey to wellness and she looks forward to combining various modalities in order to maximize their improvements.
